This is a pre-launch draft, provided for transparency and being finalised with legal counsel before Taxcore goes live. The final version will apply from your go-live date.
1.Information We Collect
When you register, we collect the account details you provide, including your name, work email, company name, Tax Registration Number (TRN) and trade licence details.
When you create, upload or sync invoices, we process the invoice content (buyer and seller details, line items, amounts and tax data) so we can validate and transmit them.
We also collect technical information automatically, such as device and browser type, IP address and usage activity, to keep the service secure and reliable.
2.Waitlist Sign-Ups
Before launch, you can join our waitlist. When you do, we collect your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the language you were browsing in (English or Arabic), which button led you to sign up (for example, Log in or Try for free), and when you signed up. The same applies to demo requests, which also include your name and company.
We use this only to tell you when Taxcore launches and to send occasional updates about Taxcore and the UAE e-invoicing mandate. We never sell it or share it with others for their marketing.
Waitlist sign-ups are stored with our database provider, Neon, on servers in the United States, and our team receives a copy of each sign-up by email through Google (Gmail). This is separate from the UAE-hosted data of the e-invoicing service itself.
We keep your sign-up until launch and for as long as you want to hear from us. You can ask us to remove you at any time using the contact details below.
3.How We Use Your Information
To provide the service: creating, validating, sending and tracking your e-invoices.
To generate compliant PINT AE (UBL 2.1) documents and pass them to our accredited service provider for delivery and reporting.
To provide support, send service notifications, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal or business data.
4.E-Invoice Transmission
The service prepares your invoices and hands them to a partner Accredited Service Provider (ASP), which routes them over the Peppol network and reports the required tax data to the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
We are a software provider, not an ASP. We do not connect to the Peppol network or the FTA directly, and we are not government-endorsed.
5.Data Storage and Retention
Data you enter into the e-invoicing service is hosted on infrastructure located in the United Arab Emirates. Waitlist sign-ups are stored separately, as described above.
In line with the UAE e-invoicing mandate, issued invoices are archived for at least five years. We keep other personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal requirements.
7.Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
8.Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
Some data, such as archived invoices, must be retained to meet legal obligations and cannot be deleted before the required period ends. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown above and, where appropriate, notify you.
11.Contact Us
If you have any questions about this document or your data, contact us. We aim to respond within a few business days.
